After purchase confirmation, an email will be sent with tracking information.
Returns
Bloom Creative Books honors a 5-day return policy for refunds (with the exception of books). There will be no refunds issued for book purchases. This does not include the cost of shipping. Please complete the form HERE in order to initiate the process. The following criteria must be met in order to honor our return policy:
- The items must be unaltered and must have all tags and original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided in the form of a receipt.
